How Can I Receive My Order?

All online orders are fulfilled and delivered by the Texas Tar Heels staff. When you place an order the Tar Heels staff will manage the fulfillment process for your gear. Once ready, your order will be hand delivered to you at a Tar Heels practice or game. This saves you on shipping and fulfillment cost!

How can I add custom names and numbers to my gear?

Adding names and numbers to your gear is simple.

Once you have added your gear your cart:

1. Select the cart icon 
2. In the "Order Special Instructions" text box, enter player's name and number
3. Continue with Check out
4. If you do not want to add personalization, simply leave this section blank

How Quickly Can I Receive My Order?

Fulfillment times can vary based on the product and if it is being personalized or not. We will do everything we can to deliver your gear in a timely manner. 

Do you have a minimum order number?

No!

Whether you’re looking for 1 garment or 100 we’re happy to help.

Can you ship my order to multiple recipients?

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship orders.

What is your return policy?

While we do not provide refunds, we will gladly exchange or replace most products if there is an issue with quality or sizing.
